Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of accounting and payroll clients and the ability to achieve client satisfaction and retention
Plan the work and provide effective leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff to ensure deliverables are timely according to scope of services
Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks and in related financial reporting matters.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagement
Managing client relationships and maintaining good rapport with the client
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Business development, participate in proposals and new client prospects meetings when required
Any other tasks as and when required by the Management
Requirements
A degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification
Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from professional services firm in an Accounting/Outsourcing/Client Accounting environment
Good command of the English language
Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
Proactive in problem-solving and client management
Meticulous and detailed
Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore compliance requirements on accounting, tax, payroll, Companies Act, Accounting and Payroll Software is a definite advantage.
