Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the agency, overseeing various processes, and managing a team of staff to deliver the highest level of service.


1. Operational Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the agency, including recruitment, training, and deployment of domestic helpers.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and workflow.


2. Team Leadership:
  • Manage and lead a team of coordinators, support staff, and domestic helpers.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure staff meet company standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment to encourage team collaboration and high morale.


3. Client and Helper Relations:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for domestic helpers, including work permit applications and training.
  • Address any issues or concerns from both clients and domestic helpers, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and address feedback.


4. Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain and improve service quality standards, ensuring that all helpers meet client expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


5. Vendor and Partner Management:
  • Work with external partners and service providers (e.g., training centers, medical services, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.


6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor operational budgets and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets.
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational management role, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the domestic helper industry and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.
