Job Description
Job scope:
- Reach out to property agents throughout Singapore who might benefit from our flyer distribution service.
- Contact property agents via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present and promote our flyer printing options
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our services, handle objections, and address questions to secure sales
- Aim to close one new property agent per day and achieve a minimum of five new clients each week
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide daily and weekly reports on performance
- Follow up with potential clients to convert interest into confirmed sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not required
- Basic understanding of the property market in Singapore is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
