- Identify new client opportunities and oversee entry
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the company meets or exceeds client expectations, operational goals, and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with department heads (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the company.
- Set financial objectives and manage the company’s budget, ensuring that revenue and profitability goals are met. Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential clients and stakeholders. Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor, coach, and lead the management team, ensuring that all employees align with the company’s culture and goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting innovation and teamwork.
- Implement effective talent management practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the marketing industry.
