Key Responsibilities:
- Drive social media marketing strategy, content, and execution.
- Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful digital campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel, and revenue.
- Social media content creation for solutions and services, maintain content and creativity calendar.
- Lead Starhub solutions and services’ website creation, marketing strategy, planning, activation, and execution.
- Be accountable for setting and managing ambitious KPIs and sharing learnings across cross-functional partners including our Sales and Product teams
- Lead analytics, insights and research, including website analytics, social media insights, email analytics, etc.
- Drive Star Hub Enterprise Business Group (EBG) Website experience.
- Support the product development roadmap, with the creation of new pages and web content.
- Website optimization and search engine optimization for Starhub solutions and services business overall
- Drive social media strategy for events, campaigns, customer references, etc.
- Work with internal comm. teams on EBG-related email campaigns and inform them about new products and events.
- Project manage campaigns with the help of external agency partners and work across functions and business groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant practice.
- Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of sales, and marketing organization, and business operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills (internal and external customers).
- Can lead and facilitate teamwork and can work effectively with others especially those with Sales in the implementation and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
