Our client is a MNC in the life science industry, one of the leading players in this sector. Due to business needs, they are currently recruiting a Logistics Executive to join their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Job responsibilities:
- Create shipping documents like invoices and packing lists and coordinate with Export Sales and distributors in specified countries.
- Manage SAP stock checks upon receipt of orders, prepare shipping paperwork, and oversee timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders for booking shipments and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Facilitate stock release with the warehouse and maintain an organized documentation filing system.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, handle bank document submissions, and perform additional delegated tasks.
- Possess basic knowledge of handling export shipments and familiarity with SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
