Skills & Attributes
Knowledge in Boomi Platform especially Boomi Integrations (*1)
Provide solutions on application and operational issues encountered by end users
Experience in database like Oracle, My SQL server, Postgres
Experience in database query scripting (SQL)
Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and AWS suite of services
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
Responsibilities
The primary objective of the L2 Support role is to provide efficient application support on the Boomi platform, as well as other application platforms, to enhance customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, reducing the number of escalations to L3, client production data migrations and production DB management. This L2 resource will work in the bank

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Application support or L2 support
Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support and deployment will be advantageous
