IT Infrastructure Engineer, Banking / Financial domain
- Conduct independent or third-party reviews and manage SLA compliance.
- Maintain and update diagrams for DC/cage layout and asset inventory.
- Forecast, plan, and manage monthly expenses.
- Handle incident documentation, contract changes, and renewals.
- Oversee asset tagging, routine inspections, tools management, and equipment registration control.
- Identify, draft, and implement procedures, including associated training.
- Perform routine site inspections and monthly performance monitoring.
- Define support structures, roles, and responsibilities, and manage manpower.
- Oversee access card control and security log reviews.
- Manage annual internal and external audits.
- Implement and monitor procedures to ensure policy compliance.
- Review and renew vendor contracts as needed.
