Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation and management of VMware based private cloud infrastructure for DBS Bank.- Evaluate new products and test cases to ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, security and compliance with bank standards.- Drive the product evaluation and execute test cases and establish baseline/standards.- Develop architecture and standards for virtualization, automation, orchestration and operations of the private cloud.- Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, disaster recovery and business continuity- Collaborate with application teams to right size infrastructure based on application requirements and SLAs.- Monitor infrastructure utilization and costs, and drive optimization initiatives.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of relevant work experience- Expert level knowledge of VMware v Sphere, v SAN, NSX-T and other Hypervisor technologies (KVM, oracle, open source).- Hands-on experience designing and managing private cloud infrastructure at scale- Strong technical skills including Linux, networking, storage and automation- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef and powershell automation- Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and work with various stakeholders- Attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to work independently Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.-en
