Key Responsibilities :

• Payroll Administration : Learn to process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (eg. CPF, IRAS)
  
• Leave and Attendance Management :Manage employee attendance and leave records with training on HR systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of leave entitlements and usage.
  
• Employee Contracts & HR Documentation : Prepare employment contracts and offer letters to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  
• HR Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
  
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Assist with new employee onboarding and the offboarding process.
  
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in payroll and benefits administration.

Key Requirements :

• Education : Diploma or degree in any field.
• Experience : No prior HR experience required. Mid-career professionals transitioning from other fields are welcome.
• Skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to HR practices.
  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
