Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
- To ensure the smooth operations of the gym
- Well execution on club administrative matters, membership and social media
- Ensure that club membership KPIs are met
- Manage membership related issues and members' feedback
- Submission of club daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure prompt updates of all digital club documents
- Oversees the smooth and effective conduction of classes with the Personal Trainers
- Ensure club safety, cleanliness and hygiene standard are met
- Assist and support the Club Manager in all matters that is required by The Management
- Minimal 1 year experience in fitness related industry
- First Aid + AED Certification (or be willing to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related computer software
- Social media savvy including Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok
- Willingness to learn, share and grow with the club
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Think out of the box in problem solving
- Be a team player
- Be positive
