Group Accountant
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly consolidation and management accounts for the Group and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide commentaries on business performance.
- Coordinate and review subsidiaries’ accounts.
- Assist to prepare quarterly results announcements and presentation materials for Board of Directors and SGX reporting. Assist to prepare and review tax returns and ensure prompt submission to IRAS and liaise with tax agents to resolve queries from IRAS.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and supporting schedules.
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters and liaise with corporate secretary.
- Liaise with auditors for audit matters. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in listed companies
- Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in accountancy, Professional Degree or equivalent
- Familiar with local Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills
- Must be meticulous in work and good record-keeping
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues at different levels of the organisation, Independent, Mericulous, Proactive with a pleasant disposition
