Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of accounts (Holding and subsidiary company)
- Day to day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets & cash management
- Responsible for monthly financial reports on a timely basis
- Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission
- Perform half yearly (twice a year) stock take
- Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting
- Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary for statutory filling duties.
- Responsible for Corporate Income Tax computation – ECI & Tax Computation and IRAS submission
- Experience in implementing ERP System and data migration
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Heading the Accounting Department
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and the senior management.
- Hardworking individual with proven competence to meet deadlines, KPIs and reporting to Senior Management
- Knowledge of FRSs, GST, Taxation and statutory audit.
- A Team player
- Able to support Chief Financial Officer
