Executive Assistant to Director (Real Estate)
Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Executive Assistant, in hopes of developing the current high performing Secretary team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Executive Assistant:

Duties of Executive Assistant:
- Manage Directors’ schedules efficiently.
- Draft various documents and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate meetings and disseminate communications promptly.
- Plan business events involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential strategic projects for Senior Management.
- Lead cross-divisional team projects with effective communication.
- Assist in onboarding top executives and new joiners.
- Arrange travel logistics and handle expense reporting.
- Coordinate with drivers and manage vehicle maintenance for executive transportation.
- Min Diploma holder in any discipline
- Min 5 years of secretarial experience to Senior Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
