- Take the lead on identifying and evaluating locations for new schools, ensuring alignment with both financial and strategic objectives.

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of local licensing and governance, ensuring full regulatory compliance for all operations.
- Adapt and localize the company's operational systems and policies, ensuring they are scalable and conform to local market norms as well as regulatory requirements.
- Manage resources effectively, monitor project progress, and keep the leadership team updated on all key developments and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, departments, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Able and willing to travel regionally including Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong
