Cleaning supervisor

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our cleaning operations. This role involves managing the cleaning processes within homes, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be flexible, with the ability to work nights and adapt to varying schedules. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities in residential settings, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Monitor and control cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring effective and efficient use.
Conduct inspections and provide feedback to cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Manage scheduling and coordinate shifts, including flexible night shifts as needed.
Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
Proven ability to manage cleaning operations and staff effectively.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing cleaning operations in residential settings.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
