Cleaning Manager with Expertise in Online Marketing

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team, with a strong focus on online marketing. This role requires an individual adept at managing both cleaning services and advanced marketing strategies. Please note that this position requires working on weekends and public holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of cleaning services, ensuring top-notch service quality and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sophisticated online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Lead and train cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning management with a proven track record of high-quality service.
Demonstrated expertise in online marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analyzing marketing data.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing both operational and marketing responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the residential cleaning industry is highly desirable.
Advanced understanding of marketing performance metrics and data analytics.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
