[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a diligent, meticulous and detail-oriented Business Operation Associate to join our investment risk & performance management division.

• You will be part of the project team in charge of reviewing and implementing investment risk and performance system-related projects

• This will include the conduct of market research on commercial investment risk and performance systems, evaluation of key functionalities across different systems, and recommendations to management on the appropriate risk and performance system for adoption.

• As part of the project team, you will also work closely with portfolio managers and other stakeholders, to scope and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and prepare tender and procurement documents in support of the system review.

• You will be involved in data extraction and testing during system implementation. This could include liaising with vendors and coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conduct of the review and implementation.

• As a Business Operations Associate, you will be an essential player in the project team that serves as a bridge between business needs and system deliverables, to translate user specifications into seamless operations in the risk and performance system. This role will provide you with exposure to the business operations and systems required in supporting effective and agile investment risk and performance management. You will have the opportunity to understand how investment risk and performance management is conducted at one of the largest reserve managers in the world.

[What we are looking for]

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering /quantitative finance / finance/ business administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with the suitable requirements will be considered
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Applicant should be a Singapore citizen.
  
• Familiarity with IT system project management and/or investment management platforms will be a plus.
