We are seeking a visionary Business Development Director to lead our transformation from an SME to a major industry player in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically drive business development efforts to achieve our ambitious goal of capturing 20% of the Singapore market.
- Lead the management of two high-profile showrooms, positioning them as the core of full-home customization and cutting-edge customer experiences.
- Collaborate with partner companies in China to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations between Singapore and overseas markets.
- Oversee multiple teams, ensuring efficient workflow, collaboration across functions, and adherence to strict timelines.
- Innovate new sales models to disrupt the Singapore market, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing market penetration.
- Take full ownership of our market expansion strategy, driving growth and meeting revenue targets while regularly reporting to investors.

Build a strong, collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with external contractors and ensuring successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience , ideally in the interior design, home customization, or construction sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven success in leading large-scale market expansions and achieving revenue growth.
- Results-driven, with the mindset of treating the business as a personal mission.
- Resilient under pressure, willing to be on-call to meet project demands.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to unify and motivate teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Must respect investor directives and operate within Singapore’s legal and compliance frameworks.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including frequent overtime and project-based schedules (Monday to Saturday).
