Job Description & Requirements

Food Preparation and Assembly :Prepare attractive and nutritious meals by assembling food items according to recipes and department standards.
Use proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality.

Cleanliness and Sanitation :Maintain cleanliness in food service aisles, storage areas, and workspaces.
Monitor food stock rotation, discarding expired or spoiled items promptly.
Follow hygiene protocols for cleaning and sanitation.

Customer Service :Respond positively to customer inquiries and assist with purchases, information, and product selection.
Serve customers at the food service counter.

Sales and Labor Management :Prepare weekly sales and labor projections to maximize profits.
Manage food service staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Financial Responsibilities :Balance the food service general ledger and maintain office supplies, including uniforms.
