Assistant Manager, Residential Leasing (11months Contract)
[What you will be working on]
Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives
Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates and establish strong relationships with good tenants
Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio
Review existing policies, contracts, practices and workflows to complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties; enhance the tenants’ experience; improve the service level agreements with external partners; and monitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently
Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a professional and timely manner in the best interests of SLA and the Government
To provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing Department by assisting officers with tenancy administration. Duties include the following:
Compilation and collation of data for internal reporting
Process invoices
Tracks works orders
Any other administrative duties assigned
[What we are looking for]
Candidates with relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good writing and presentation skills
Good sense of emerging trends in residential real estate
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management and government procurement would be an advantage
