Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Standardization of FC SDS and review of FC SDS
- Raw material COA conversion / issuing except production blending
- Product labels printing for all products including relabel
- Inventory update for FC stock
- Containers photos taking, proper filing/recording and email to office
- Request for quotation.
- Assist to Issue Batch card and MTF
- Prepare paper labels and small labels for FC/Amazon unstuffing pallets
- Check and count labels provided by customer or printed by office
- Assist to prepare past servicing contract's costing records
- Verify incoming trading goods' COA tally with FC's techical spec sheet
- Take photo for incoming goods (for storage purpose)
- Provide UN number to office for each PO requested.
- Assist to prepare spare part checklist and usage record
- Random cross check current strapping material status, email to top up when necessary
- Annually check and request office to ask latest SDS from customers/suppliers
- Scrap and recycle old documents
- Other duties assigned by superior
- Secondary and above
- Organization skills and basic IT ability
