Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors at reception area in a friendly manner
- Answer and redirect incoming calls appropriately
- Manage mail and courier deliveries to the office
- Track warehouse inventory levels and oversee stock management
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
- Handling billing duties
- Perform daily administrative works
- Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
- Prepare quotation/ PO/ DO
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Entry level are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
- Candidate with sales administration/ familiar with billing duties will have added advantages
