Job Description & Requirements: - Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from the customer- Document Preparation – Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags& binders- Scanning – Scanning of documents with a production scanner.- Quality Control – Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all theerrors.- Capturing indexes from documents and populating in Excel or Word- Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production- Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients
