Red Box Technologies is seeking a talented, experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia, Red Box is at the forefront of innovative solutions, including our smart locker network designed to revolutionize parcel delivery while minimizing CO2 emissions through reduced vehicle usage.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the supply chain. You will manage logistics team members, optimise transportation routes, and coordinate with internal departments to achieve operational excellence. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers across our extensive network of over 1,000 Red Box Collection Points.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations and ensure smooth functioning of the supply chain.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution activities, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement necessary improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and train logistics team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and efficiency across all operations.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability at all Red Box Collection Points.
• Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
