Achieve budgeted GMV and Margin for Hyke in the assigned zone by acquiring, maintaining and growing Hyke retailer network.
The objective is to achieve this by driving superior engagement between Hyke Platform and retail network and take all required measures to maintain and grow within the telecom and related. The function of the role also entails training and development of Growth Executives assigned in the respective zones under the region by monitoring and developing all key indicators of engagement within the participants to drive the GMV.
The person should be a team player, self-driven with proven track record on achieving targets, working closely with field team, and having a sound knowledge and experience in all IR channel operations.
He should be able to successfully on board suppliers in the B2B market space, manage the ground team to achieve the objectives from his/her assigned zone, recommend tactical plans and address all the market issues arising in Platform horizon to develop the digital ordering as the default behaviour in the selected markets.
