As a Valet Parker Grand Millennium Gizan, you are responsible for providing efficient and professional valet parking services to guests, ensuring a positive and convenient experience. Your role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining organized parking areas, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, manage keys, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the valet parking service. Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensure a warm welcome for guests upon their arrival, promptly providing parking tickets and efficiently parking cars.
Guarantee that guest-requested cars are delivered within a maximum of 5 minutes.
Maintain an updated knowledge of hotel services and promptly address guest inquiries.
Conduct effective handovers at the beginning of each shift, obtaining information from previous colleagues.
Perform regular control tours at the main entrance, ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
Promptly forward any guest complaints or issues to superiors for resolution.
Safeguard and manage all guest car keys, maintaining accurate records of parked cars.
Foster positive public relations with guests, consistently meeting or surpassing their expectations.
Manage the effective flow of airport/crew transportation, if applicable.
Demonstrate a polite and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Provide complete cooperation to any client or colleague in need of assistance, offering prompt, caring, and helpful support.
