Hotel Overview: Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam and the Holy Ka’aba. This 76-story hotel, one of the world’s tallest, is the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait Complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project. The Hotel authentic hospitality is seen throughout 858 rooms.

Job Description

Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts Provide

Coordinates the daily operation against the requirement of the hotel outlets and staff uniforms.
Ensure the theme night uniforms are ready in advance.
Checks and maintains the standard quality of all processed articles.
Maintains the record of new uniform and tags according to the departmental code.
Maintains Uniform production report.
Ensure that the uniforms exchange system is followed i.e. clean to dirty basis.
Coordinating and follows up with the supplying company about uniforms.
Coordinates with the tailor regarding alteration, sewing etc.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the uniform
Ensures staff uniform requirements are met.
Attends department communication meeting.
Carries out the departmental on job training for the staff.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to understand and communicate oral/written instructions in English. Ability to document approaches used.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate work of subordinates.
Must possess the ability to maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate laundry services to assure that care and services can be performed without interruption
Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operational efficiency
Ability to use the computer and office programs
Strong physical ability to stand, walk, and handle linens for prolonged periods of time
