Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections of various civil materials such as:
Precast Concrete Structures
Steel Structures
Interior Tiling
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications in building construction, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Verifying the quality of materials and workmanship at vendor locations before delivery to project sites.
Liaising with project teams, vendors, and quality control departments to maintain adherence to timelines and project requirements.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in inspection roles, specifically in:
Manufacturing Unit for Residential and infrastructure projects
Production Facilities
Modular unit
Precast
Strong background in material releasing inspection at vendor facilities or Manufacturing Unit.

Preferred Qualifications:

NEOM Approved Inspector or Saudi Aramco Approved Inspector (highly preferred).
Demonstrated experience inspecting precast concrete, steel structures, and interior tiling in large-scale construction projects.

Other Requirements:

Candidates currently in KSA (Saudi Nationals or Expats) will be given priority, especially those available for immediate joining.
GCC Driving License is an advantage for ease of mobility between project and vendor locations.
