The purpose of Executive Electronics is to provide support for smooth operation and perform trouble shootings. Maintain all machines to achieve production targets and assist Electronics Supervisor in all maintenance and quality compliance tasks. Perform PM as per plan. Generate request for spare parts of machines maintain minimum stock level and risk-based approach for spare parts management. Follow EH&S company standard, procedures and make sure to develop, maintain safe workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
To perform general maintenance of the machines.
Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications.
Assist Immediate Supervisor in Designing and modification of machine.
Ensure Operational Excellence culture is promoted, and OE tools are understood and regularly practices on shop floor and engineering.
Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment, machine assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using dedicated measuring tools and techniques.
Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults.
Complete work order, and tasks assigned by line manager/Maintenance manager.
Support for installation, startup, and operation of equipment`s and maintain electrical and electronic systems.
Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components and assemblies.
Adjust and coordinate with team members for working schedule to provide maximum production support.
Ensure the involvement and ownership of responsible area and maintain all the records as per GMP.
Spare parts management, must be arranged for local market and follow-up for PR to PO process, verify the material from Engineering warehouse and communicate with local supplier for fabrication of mechanical assemblies.
Strong trouble shooting and fault findings skills, must be able to understand electrical and PID diagrams and having working experience on PLC`s VFD`s, AC/DC drives and control systems.
Must be aware with machine safety, LOTO and pharma + FMCG quality standards.
Qualifications:
Associate/Diploma degree in Electronic /Instrumentation / mechanical engineering with relevant experience .
Good understanding on Pharma c GMP especially Good Engineering practices.
Engineering and Technical Record Keeping and Reporting.
Proficient in oral & written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Having ability to build good relationship to promote healthy work environment.
