Role & Responsibilities: Behaviors
Works with Team of Engineers/Technicians/Contractors OR works solo to reach objectives in terms of contract performance, productivity, and process compliance
Ensure delivery of value, services on time, within scope, and within budget to Honeywell clients and customers.
Maintains customer’s satisfaction at high levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
Generates Leads from contracted sites, support in estimate, supply quotes to customers on adds and extras identified or as requested.
Ensures service contracts and projects are resourced properly
Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service technicians and subcontractors
Performance
Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, commissioning, documentation, installation supervision, management of sub-contractors, start-up, testing and start-up technical support, service and maintenance on Honeywell and third-party systems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature
Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software)
Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc.
Perform system backups, install appropriate updates and patches.
Ensure all assigned reactive, corrective, preventive maintenance tasks are completed in the time allotted and as per schedule.
Respond to and resolve Emergency Service Calls as required, in accordance with customer contract deliverables.

Diagnose and perform repairs in a time effective manner.
Compliance
Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of service contracts or projects
Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement.
Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement.
Complete documentation of all work done, including all reports, etc.
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as per team leader or contract requirement
Test, calibrate and verify system and peripheral devices (testing to be performed according to all applicable standards and codes.

Working knowledge and/or certifications of NFPA, ASHRE, Saudi Aramco Standards/GIs, Global and Saudi Building Codes
Understanding databases, ICT & Networks, Servers, RAID’s and PC’s
What You Must Have:
Technical bachelor’s or associate Degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical from an approved institution or reputable university
5 – 8 Years’ experience of technical/installation, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting in building automation and fire alarm systems
Honeywell Product knowledge and experience and must be conversant with leading industry vendors such as Simplex, Siemens, Centraline, Alerton, Johnson Control, Sauter etc.
Must be able to read drawings/diagrams for fire detection and alarm system and building management system
Good communication both written and verbal
Strong fault-finding skills and industry based basic programming skills
High standard of work and good documentation and record keeping skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to interact and build relationships with customers.
Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role.
Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.
Must be able to work with limited supervision and direct contractors or other service technicians
