Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand
Qualifications
Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role
Outstanding customer service skills
Leadership and team management experience
Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies
