Responsibilities

• Works within Qiddiya XCS team to define and establish requirements and design and implementation of Programme reports
• Develop/ update Controls & Reporting processes and procedures.
• Develop and enhance reporting templates.
• Develops forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information
• Ensure that processes, systems and our people are optimized to provide efficient, relevant and insightful reporting such that the client, the leadership and decision makers have sufficient management information to meaningful impact and improve the outcomes of the programme
• Ensure communications are optimal across the programme, that messaging on reports is understood and data is provided where it is most needed to make decisions
• Meet with project teams to review the reports' information and challenge their inputs to meet the project reporting objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentations and others, as required by the business
• Coordinates production and distribution of key monthly reports
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the weekly & monthly reporting calendar
• Supports coordination and production of in other functional Reports
• Attends governance progress review meetings
• Manages the input and production of key monthly / quarterly reports
• Drafts the executive summary of the Programme Monthly Report
• Reviews, validates and edits reports for quality
• Attends project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status
• Notifies staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and KPIs.
• Responsible for managing the project reporting requirements, achieving project objectives and escalating issues to Project leadership as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Analytics or related field, MBA or related MSc degree is desirable.
• 10+ years of related work experience, including managerial experience of discipline leads and technical support personnel.
• PMP, MSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner/ PMI or similar project management demonstrable understanding.
• In depth understanding of reporting requirements on major programmes. Previous experience using a range of cloud-based analytics tools and technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Primavera P6, Cost and Earned Value software (e.g. PRISM), Power Bi and Share Point. Experience designing processes and system solutions to support delivering data analytics and project capabilities.
