Security Manager – Four Seasons Hotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia

About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role of Security Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for a Security Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operation to protect the safety and security of our employees, guests and property; ensuring we are compliant with local and company safety and security regulations. During the pre-opening phase, your role will include planning and implementing policies and procedures prior to the opening.
Our Ideal Security Manager candidate will have:
Security leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort along with certifications/experience in CPR, first aid, fire prevention, and property protection.
A consummate team player, respectful of others and always demonstrating integrity, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams, highly resourceful and intrinsically motived to contribute, an eye for detail, a collaborative nature, and the ability to exercise independent judgment. You should have strong problem-solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills, the ability to deliver reports and presentations, facilitate training, and have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.
