Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Managing production inspection plans checking the progress between product manufacturing and data recorded.
- Managing Non-conformities (NCR) issues, creating NCR for non conforming products, verification of NCRs and proper disposition, quality closure of NCRs after ensuring the appropriate action.
- Verifying that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirements and that all 3rd party inspection activities are complete and accepted.
- Testing activities and reports issuance: Preparation of Assembly Test Reports, certificate of Conformance, Visual/Dimensional certificate according to project ITP.
- Receiving inspections: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Doing In-process inspections: Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to production.
- Looking after final inspection: Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
- Issuing the Mark-up (as-built) drawings according to actual installation.
- Identifying the correct Standard, specification and drawing to be followed.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have diploma degree.
- Have 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Quality Control Inspection.
- Have experience with rotating equipment (preferred).
- Have excellent understanding of ARAMCO standards.
- Have experience in P&ID, piping isometric, pipeline specification and mechanical purchaser drawing.
