We are constantly growing and are currently looking for QC Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team in one of our project operations in Saudi Arabia.

Verifying the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on head/corporate office and site offices.
Verifying that the company quality policy, is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained.
Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems.
Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with.
Review, update and control, the distribution of the Quality Management Procedure, Quality Manual and related procedures for Infrastructure, MEP, Civil and other subcontractors, and divisions.
Generate project specific quality plans for Civil and Infrastructure projects.
Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for Quality systems.
Prepare where necessary, statistical data which will show quality trends for management review meeting.
Ensure Customer Satisfactions are monitored / measured and improvement / corrective actions taken for weak areas.
Ensure that all non-conformance issues, are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed / implemented and are quickly closed out.
Ensure that the contractual quality requirements of a project are fully communicated to all key personnel, so that their roles in fulfilling these requirements are fully understood.
Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to the “Project Contract”.
Ensure that Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s quality systems are implemented and effective.
Ensure that the calibration of all inspection, measurement and test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedule.
Conduct reviews of the approved suppliers and subcontractor’s list.
Liaise with the Clients quality representative, to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved.
Develop a sound knowledge of the project scope and requirements.
Ensure compliance with stringent contract and owner quality requirements.
Implement multiple levels of quality control for various and concurrent trades.
Prepare comprehensive, project-specific QC plans.
Produce detailed daily reports in electronic format.
Conduct daily field inspections; verify delivered materials comply with approved submittals.
Provide reviews and sign-off of project Design Deliverables prior to submission to Government.
Provide and review submittals, RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project related materials in a timely manner.
Prepare QC punch lists and coordinate punch list completion with subcontractors.
Perform preparatory meetings per contract requirements.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015
Having a total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Tunnel Projects.
Experience in managing large-scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required.

Is able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
Has excellent organizational skills
