Parsons is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator (Saudi National) to join our EMEA Bid Studio team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing and dynamic team, contributing to the preparation of proposals for a range of exciting opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:

Formats documents, performs desktop publishing, and completed word processing.

Proofs and edits technical and non-technical documents.
-
Retrieves resumes and project descriptions from Parsons’ qualifications repositories.
-
Tailors written content to meet customer requirements and needs.
-
Supports coordination efforts with subconsultants to collect documentation, forms, and other required information.
-
Supports coordination efforts with internal departments (such as contracts, legal, corporate).
-
Prepares first drafts of solicitation required forms.
-
Prepares writing templates in accordance with solicitation specifications.
-
Reviews proposal drafts for compliance and quality.
-
Supports and maintains print production and the print production schedule and resource planning to ensure all required proposal documents are produced properly.

Prepares pre-qualifications packages.

Assists with closeout activities, including archiving and repository updates.

Researches and analyzes information from multiple sources (such as subject matter experts (SMEs) and previous deliverables).

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Fresh graduates having worked as interns
-
Effective organizational, planning, and time management
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and work against strict deadlines
-
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Share Point
