Ultimately responsible for safety and quality on the delivery of Mobility services to RCU
Ensures O&M staff comply with their responsibilities relating to the company's Safety Manual, H&S Manual and current Policies and Procedures Development of Business Strategy
Interface with RCU and other strategic stakeholders
Provide leadership to the local management team
Supports the Head of Bids & project management in all project management related topics
Coordinates internal and external technical assistance
Represents RDKSA in high level meetings with RCU and other key stakeholders when necessary
Supports the Head of Bids & project management in coordinating the internal resources of the project
Activities:
Drives all FWA related hiring activities
Applies disciplinary policy in coordination with RDKSA HR department
Responsible for reporting to RCU and RDKSA
Follow-up P&L versus budget & Forecast in coordination with RDKSA Finance department
Ensures day-to-day Contract Management
First point of contact for variation management, collaborates with the RDKSA staff in this topic
Tracks on-time invoicing and collection in coordination with RDKSA Finance department
Responsible for Overall O&M performance of the business with regards to established internal KPIs
Experience & skills required:
Bachelors’ degree;
10+ years' experience in managing a road transportation business;
Experience in Operations & Maintenance is a plus;
Previous Working experience in KSA is a plus;
Rigor and strong analytical skills;
Synthesis and writing skills;
Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy;
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
