Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for commercially complex projects, ensuring that all deliverables, including financial and contractual obligations, are met.
  
• Budget and Profitability Management: Ensure project profitability by closely monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance, and by implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Timely Execution: Oversee the timely execution of all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring that milestones are met, and that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  
• Review and manage contracts, and eventually negotiate amendments and additional agreements, to ensure favourable terms and conditions, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s commercial interests.
  
• Support other Project Managers by offering expertise in handling commercial challenges, including contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Engineering Discipline and /or relevant Experience within the Pump Industry.
  
• Relevant experience within related industry.
  
• Experience of managing projects.
  
• Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
  
• Supplier/Customer management experience.
