Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for commercially complex projects, ensuring that all deliverables, including financial and contractual obligations, are met.

Budget and Profitability Management: Ensure project profitability by closely monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance, and by implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Timely Execution: Oversee the timely execution of all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring that milestones are met, and that all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Review and manage contracts, and eventually negotiate amendments and additional agreements, to ensure favourable terms and conditions, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s commercial interests.

Support other Project Managers by offering expertise in handling commercial challenges, including contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor of Engineering Discipline and /or relevant Experience within the Pump Industry.

Relevant experience within related industry.

Experience of managing projects.
-
Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment.

Supplier/Customer management experience.
