Planning Engineer
We are currently seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring that construction activities are completed on time and within budget.

- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze project progress and performance metrics, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing planning-related insights and updates.
- Support the planning and allocation of resources to optimize project workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software, primarily Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
