Medical Relations Graduate Trainee [Medical Marketing]


We are searching for a dedicated and qualified graduate to support our Medical Relations team with key projects, partnerships, and engagement with the dermatology community.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying key MEDFLUENCERS in the Saudi Marketing to amplify our digital advocacy.
• Assist in the follow-up with the medical team on COMEX notes and observational studies within specified timelines.
• Support in daily operational tasks and logistics related to medical marketing activities such as; contracts, invitations, medical congress registrations, flight booking, accommodations, branding elements, digital DERM content, etc.
• Provide administrative support and coordination with internal and external contributors for medical and scientific events.

Learning Objectives:

• Gain experience in the operational aspects of medical relations.
• Develop skills in event logistics, project management and working with Dermatologists.
• Learn how to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understand how medical relations supports business and brand strategies.
• Prepare for a career in medical marketing and medical relations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or max 2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong interest in medical relations and marketing
• Creative
• Excellent communication skills
