Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and manage our digital presence, including social media and SEO initiatives. You'll also support our marketing efforts with high-quality video and photography content. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of marketing experience, strong writing skills in English and Arabic, and is proficient in digital marketing tools and content creation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, email, Whats App, SEO, etc) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create compelling marketing content (both digital and traditional) to attract and retain a strong customer base.
- Conduct market research and analyses.
- Manage social media accounts, including Doctore’s, ensuring consistent and engaging presence.
- Prepare marketing reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Conduct SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Maintain and update the company’s website with relevant content and marketing materials.
- Produce high-quality video and photography content to support marketing efforts.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, cosmetics, or similar industries.
- BS/BA in Marketing or Relevant Field
- Excellent Writing Skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in videography, photography, and using montage and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
