Job Summary As the Marketing and Sales Director, you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing and sales initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving market growth. In this role, you will oversee both the marketing and sales teams, ensuring the alignment of strategies with the company’s business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s presence in the market. Main Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Proven track record of success in a senior managerial role, with experience in driving business growth and managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and Skills:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Track sales performance, set revenue targets, and ensure consistent attainment of sales objectives.
Strategic Marketing and Sales Planning: Partner with senior leadership to create and execute comprehensive annual marketing and sales strategies. Present these strategies to the Board of Management for approval, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall corporate goals.
Budget Management: Manage the development and oversight of the annual marketing and sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize profitability and return on investment. Ensure that advertising, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives are cost-effective.
Promotions and Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring close collaboration between marketing and sales teams for cohesive implementation. Manage the development and distribution of promotional materials and sales support tools.
Event and Client Relationship Management: Lead the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and client engagement activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, mentor, and assess the performance of marketing and sales team members. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on achieving department goals and encouraging professional growth.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze consumer behavior, evaluate competitors, and identify emerging trends. Use insights to refine marketing and sales strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive and forward-thinking.
