Legal Consultant (7+ Years of Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local and international laws, with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. The Legal Consultant will provide expert advice on legal matters, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in protecting the company’s legal interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in both English and Arabic.
- Ensure company compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, meetings, or negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest legal developments.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assist in risk management strategies by identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Advise senior management on the legal implications of business decisions and operations.
- Manage legal cases, disputes, and arbitration processes.
- Support various departments by providing legal input on their projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a legal consultant, lawyer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and negotiations.
- Proven track record of advising companies on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in [industry-specific legal area, e.g., real estate, corporate law, intellectual property].
- Knowledge of international legal standards and cross-border transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
