Job Description:
The jobholder will be part of the Program Management Organization in charge of the MRTT6 contract. But taking into account the very close relationship with the activities of the other MRTT related contracts (retrofits, support, industrialization…), he/she will have to coordinate and interact with those organizations and their activities.
In this role, jobholder expertise should match to cope with following tasks:

• Ensure end-to-end contractual MRTT6 deliveries (OT-OC-OQ).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Support the MRTT6 programme organization to assure profitability as per approved P&L.
• Contribute to Military Aircraft growth strategy in KSA.
• Contribute/support the development of the local industry in accordance to the industrialization strategy in KSA
• Manage customer/stakeholders communications as per the contractual deliverables.
• Official Customer Communications Management: translations, delivery and follow up of official communications.
• Side by side collaboration with the Saudi Local Representative to achieve contract targets.
• Active participation in internal meetings and meetings with Customer.
• Minutes of Meeting preparation and action items follow up.
• Support preparation and delivery to the Customer of Program Status Reports.
• Support campaigns if applicable (SMART, upgrades, etc…)
• Preparing and creating PO’s for external services if required.
• Contractual deliverables control and contractual evidences collection.
• Preparation and consolidation of Program Management Review presentations.
• Perform Invoicing Management and Payments Monitoring with customer.
• Support the Offset organization to achieve Industrial Participation targets.
• Support the Contractual documents development if required.
• Support Cost Control and Contract Monitoring.
• Support the Risk & Opportunity Management.
