Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual restaurants, and extensive event catering.
- Oversee menu development, food quality, and presentation to maintain 5-star standards.
- Manage a large kitchen brigade, ensuring high team performance and training in line with international culinary practices.
- Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless event and banquet coordination.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control standards are adhered to across all outlets.
- Innovate and introduce new concepts to elevate guest experiences in all F&B outlets.
- Internationally experienced Executive Chef with a background in leading 5-star hotel kitchens.
- Proven experience managing operations in properties with 400+ rooms and 5+ F&B outlets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent knowledge of diverse cuisines and the ability to cater to large-scale functions and banquets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving culinary trends.
