We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in Windows Active Directory, Azure, and Intune, along with experience in troubleshooting Windows environments. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of IP subnets, VLANs, network support, and patch management. This position requires hands-on experience with hardware installation and system maintenance to support our growing IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Windows Active Directory Management: Manage and maintain user accounts, group policies, and security permissions in a Windows environment.
Azure and Intune: Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure and Intune to support device management, security, and deployment of applications.
Troubleshooting Windows Systems: Provide comprehensive support for Windows-based systems, identifying and resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
Network Support: Manage and troubleshoot IP subnets, VLANs, and related networking protocols to ensure stable and secure network performance.
Patch Management: Ensure systems are regularly updated with the latest patches and updates, implementing best practices for security and system performance.
Hardware Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
User Support: Respond to IT support requests, provide on-site and remote technical support, and assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of configurations, incidents, and IT processes to improve efficiency and response times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, and Intune.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and related software applications.
In-depth understanding of IP subnets, VLANs, and general network support.
Experience in patch management and maintaining secure IT environments.
Proficiency with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with end-users and technical teams.
Certifications in Microsoft, Comp TIA, or other relevant IT certifications (preferred but not required).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with Linux or mac OS environments.
Knowledge of Power Shell scripting for automation.
