Position: Interface Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple contracts and interfacing activities for our fiber pipeline construction project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring seamless integration and execution of diverse project components within a complex industrial infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the interfacing of multiple contracts and coordinate concurrent works across the project to ensure harmonious execution.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective communication and coordination between various project teams and contractors.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with interfacing multiple project activities to prevent conflicts and ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitate regular interface meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and maintain project alignment.
• Ensure all interface activities comply with contractual obligations and project specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interfacing activities and decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in construction and planning of industrial infrastructure development projects.
• At least ten (10) years of supervisory experience as an Interface Manager, with proven ability to manage multiple contracts and works concurrently.
• Extensive experience interfacing multiple contracts within the same project area, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
