Embark on a journey with us as an HR Supervisor at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in IHG hotels, excellent English, and communication skills. The role is ideal for someone talented, ready to enhance employee engagement and handle key HR responsibilities.
A little of your day-to-day:

Ensure the Hotel’s and colleagues' license/legal documents are active and updated.
Lead and manage HR engagement activities, creating a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction.
Oversee department matters, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, and induction.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

What we need from you:

Prior experience in hotels with an in-depth understanding of HR practices and Saudi labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A proactive approach to HR solutions and employee relations.
