Job Description:

HEAD OF CONTENT & EDITORIAL
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the content and editorial needs for both clients and the agency. Leveraging your extensive social experience, you will drive the generation of campaign ideas. Additionally, you will spearhead process development within the team to ensure consistently high-quality content across our social media solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads in the direction of the Content & Editorial needs of the client

Oversees content strategy across key social accounts

Leads the development of production and planning processes
-
Creatively support the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems

Champions and supports new ideas to help make them happen through allowing access to resourcing and quick prototyping

Champion, define and feeds back on the content process and output: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration

Proactively identifies opportunities to increase depth and

breadth of content work performed for clients, both from an understanding of the clients business and needs, but also from a knowledge of the industry, innovation and competitors

Leads the team of content directors through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning and training

Mentor direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to consistently excel

Identifies opportunities to create high profile blog posts, industry articles, internal presentations, industry presentations
WHAT YOU BRING
-
Proven experience in a senior content or editorial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
-
In-depth knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
-
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
-
Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
